The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing held its 22nd Annual St. David's Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Research in Underserved Populations Annual Conference on March 6, 2024.
Leading health care and nursing researchers and community members presented on the theme “Health Promotion for Hispanics: One Size Does NOT Fit All.”
Keynote speaker Lisa M. Cacari-Stone, PhD, MA, MS, of the University of New Mexico, discussed the socioecology of Latino health.
