Facilities Service Center
You are asked to call the Facilities Service Center at (512) 471-2020 to report any of the following issues with the building:
- Light bulb replacements
- Work area temperature issues
- Water leaks, running water
- Replacement of restroom supplies
- Pest control
- Removal of walkway debris
- Check on a previous report/request
- Any other maintenance request
To submit a request, you will need to provide the following information:
- Your EID
- Location (Building, Floor, Room)
- Details of issue/situation
