This instructor-led, video-based course from the American Heart Association (AHA) equips participants with essential lifesaving skills, including high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), pocket mask use, and operation of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Using the AHA’s proven practice-while-watching method, students receive real-time guidance and feedback from certified instructors, ensuring safe, timely, and effective skill development. This hands-on approach not only reinforces confidence but also fosters readiness to respond in emergency situations.
