The School of Nursing will host its official graduation ceremony on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. CT at Bass Concert Hall. The ceremony recognizes undergraduate and graduate nursing students graduating in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.

The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing is proud to announce that Minyoung “Christine” Kim, an undergraduate nursing student, has been named a recipient of a highly competitive academic scholarship from the American Nurses Foundation (ANF), a national organization dedicated to advancing the nursing profession and strengthening the future nursing workforce.

The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing proudly celebrates the upcoming induction of Linda Yoder, PhD, MBA, RN, AOCN-emerita, FAMSN, FAAN, Professor Emerita, into the Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) 2026 Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame.

The University of Texas at Austin has named Kavita Radhakrishnan, PhD, MSEE, RN, FAAN, as interim dean of the School of Nursing. A nationally recognized nurse scientist and educator, Radhakrishnan brings extensive experience in research leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and faculty development to the role.
