The latest National Institutes of Health rankings of funding to schools of nursing have been released, and for fiscal year 2018 (funds awarded to the institution between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018) the UT Austin School of Nursing is ranked No. 15 in the nation among all schools of nursing and No. 8 among public schools of nursing. This achievement is particularly noteworthy in the context of a very competitive and challenging funding environment.
In fiscal year 2017, the School of Nursing was ranked 16th and 22nd in fiscal year 2016.
