Join the UT Austin School of Nursing in celebrating the life, legacy and service of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. King’s unparalleled contributions to racial justice for Black Americans have been revolutionary. His values and historical place in American history educate us, and coming generations, on the importance of acceptance. On this day of service, we encourage you to strengthen your communities, bridge barriers, create solutions to social problems, and move us closer to Dr. King’s vision of a “Beloved Community.”
