Requesting CNE for Your Educational Activity
The UT Austin School of Nursing Accredited Provider Unit provides continuing nursing education (CNE) activities. Our nurse planners provide the quality and type of education activities that are of benefit to Registered Nurses.
If you would like us to work together with your organization in order provide CNE for an activity, please contact us at UTSON_CNE@nursing.utexas.edu before beginning the planning phase of your activity so that we can be involved in the entire planning process.
Steps to follow before you submit your documentation:
- Review the ANCC Content Integrity Standards. You are responsible for adhering to these in cooperation with the UT Austin School of Nursing.
- Fill out the online CNE Applicant Eligibility Verification Form to determine if the educational event for which you would like to obtain CNE credits meets our provider guidelines. Click here to fill out the CNE Applicant Eligibility Verification Form
- After reviewing your documentation we will contact you by email to let you know whether your event has been accepted.
