Join Francheska Martinez, Movement Coach, to learn about self-care, what’s practical when it comes to wellness and ways to stay healthy and balanced!
Francheska holds a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds certifications from ONNIT, Animal Flow and Ki- Hara Stretch Therapy.
