Throughout her professional journey, she has had the opportunity to practice in diverse healthcare environments that have shaped her understanding of patient care, leadership, and professional development. These experiences have strengthened her belief that nursing education plays a critical role in improving health outcomes and transforming communities. Her approach to education is grounded in the belief that effective nurses must be both clinically competent and compassionate. Her commitment to service extends beyond academic and clinical settings. As the founder of a community-focused nonprofit organization, she has worked to promote wellness, self-care, and empowerment while addressing the needs of underserved populations.
