The University of Texas at Austin Medical Reserve Corps (UTMRC) and the UT Austin School of Nursing’s African American Mental Health and Wellness (AMEN) Program received the Outstanding Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Partner Organization Award from the Administration for Strategic Preparedness & Response.
Li-Chen Lin, PhD, RN, CNRN, clinical assistant professor, was also named a 2024 MRC Recognition Award finalist for the Mentor Award. In addition, Lin and Lisa Morris, DNP, RN, clinical assistant professor, received MRC Travel Awards to present at the Medical Reserve Corps Summit in Chicago in May 2024.
