Virtual Boot Camp

The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing hosted a virtual 2-day T32 Precision Health Methodology Summer Boot Camp aimed at showcasing cutting-edge precision health research intervention methodologies and strategies tailored to address the complexities of managing multiple chronic conditions (MCC). This event convened experts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, consumer digital health, big data science, and intelligent sensors and wearables.

Registrants were treated to insights from 16 distinguished Nurse Scientist Speakers, featuring 12 sessions focusing on Precision Health Methodology. Among these speakers were esteemed UT Austin faculty members and nationally renowned research authorities in genetics & genomics, consumer digital health, big data science, intelligent sensors and wearables, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. Attendees delved into discussions on innovative design methodologies crucial for the development and evaluation of precision interventions.

The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing hosted a virtual 4-day precision health methodology boot camp designated to present state-of-the-art precision health research intervention methodology and strategies that incorporate individual information to construct precise health interventions in managing multiple chronic conditions (MCC).

Registrants heard from 23 Top Nurse Scientist Speakers, with 20 sessions on Precision Health Methodology. This included UT Austin faculty and nationally recognized research experts in the field of genetics & genomics, consumer digital health, big data science, intelligent sensors and wearables, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. They discussed innovative design methodology to construct and evaluate precision interventions.
