American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Candidate Course

American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider (CPR) is an instructor/lecture led, video-based course that teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR for all ages, how to use an AED, and choking relief in adults and infants. 100% classroom training means students are with an AHA instructor for their entire learning experience.

The School of Nursing Information Session will provide an overview of the BSN program and introduce student services support programs, honors and research opportunities, and nursing study abroad.

The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification Renewal course is designed for healthcare professionals and students who need to maintain their certification and demonstrate continued competency in high-quality CPR and basic cardiovascular life support. Participants must hold a current, valid AHA BLS Provider Certification to enroll; expired certifications are not accepted. Individuals whose certification has expired, or who are seeking initial certification, should register for the AHA BLS Provider (CPR) Certification Course.
